Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the same country and 5–14 business days for international shipments, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Express options are available for 1–3 business day delivery.

❓ What happens if my package is delayed? â–ŧ

You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as a delay is detected. You can also visit the tracking page at any time for the latest status. Our support team proactively monitors delayed shipments and will contact you if action is needed.

❓ Can I change the delivery address? â–ŧ

Address changes may be possible if the parcel has not yet left our facility. Contact our support team immediately with your tracking number. Once a shipment is in transit, address changes cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to assist.
